Our Team

There was a time when Financial Progression was just Adrian Jenkins, its founder. Now, Adrian is supported by a team of commercially savvy, qualified, experienced senior finance professionals from audit, media, FMCG and retail backgrounds. We have the experience and the bandwidth to work with very big advertisers.

We know that finance professionals have a reputation for being — well, a bit financial rather than social (we’ve done a bit of quiet place-card shuffling at formal dinners ourselves!). 😀

A big selector for anyone wishing to join the Financial Progression team, in fact, is the whole human factors thing… approachability, sociability and the ability to handle delicate situations and relationships with sensitivity. We’re there to count the apples… not to upset the applecart.

We’re confident that we can put any member of our team in front of any agency’s FD and know they can ask the right questions and manage sometimes difficult conversations. After all, this is what our team members have done many times in the past in their previous senior finance roles.

Alex White

Alex White qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and has spent over 30 years within the marketing communications industry at WPP, InterPublic and, more recently, with Cheil in North America. Read more »

Luis Giordano

Luis Giordano is a CPA with 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, having worked at Starcom Mediavest Group as Regional CFO for Latin America and before that as local CFO at Starcom MediaVest Group and Leo Burnett, both in Argentina. Read more »

Diego Abramoff has a graduate degree in Business Administration and over 13 years of experience in finance roles at media and advertising agencies, including CFO for Starcom Argentina for 4 years. Read more »
